This is a great explanation of a perfect crime Marina - well done. But the layout is a little chaotic; the images are too small and the text too big and multi coloured. Look at Niall Lewis' blog - he's someone that is working very cleanly with type and image. Also look at grid systems books in the library or online. I also think you mean 'staff' instead of 'stuff'! But the idea and the effort are great.
